Rachel Stein Meisner

Rachel Stein Meisner (she/her) is a secondary science teacher at Castle Park in the Sweetwater School District. Currently, she teaches Chemistry and Physics, mentors Residents (student teachers) and new teachers in the induction program.  Along with her work at the secondary level, Rachel also teaches elementary science methods at San Diego State University.  Rachel is a leader in NGSS implementation, particularly with how it allows for the inclusion of ALL STUDENTS in understanding the world around them through hands-on exploration of phenomena.
